  • AKC Canine Good Citizen

    The AKC’s Canine Good Citizen program is the gold standard for dog behavior. AKC Community Canine Title. AKC Community Canine is the advanced level of the AKC's Canine Good Citizen Program. Dogs who pass the AKC Community Canine test earn the official AKC Community Canine title that is designated by the letters “CGCA” (Advanced CGC) on the dog's title record.

    These classes do not cover behavior issues.

  • AKC Trick Dog

    AKC Trick Dog has 5 levels, the class teaching dog owners skills and complex commands in a positive and fun environment. The AKC rules are designed in such a way that handlers and dogs of all abilities are able to compete on an equal footing.

  • AKC Competition Obedience

    AKC Competition Obedience training a dog to participate in AKC obedience trials increases a dog's understanding and reliability in responding to commands such as "sit", "down", "stay", "come", and "heel." The Competition Obedience is open to AKC breeds and mixed breed dogs registered in the AKC Canine Partners program.

    For your dog to compete in an AKC Rally trial, he or she must be at least six months old.

  • AKC Rally Obedience

    AKC Rally Obedience is a dog sport based on obedience. In AKC Rally, is open to AKC breeds and mixed breed dogs registered in the AKC Canine Partners program.

Agility/Obedience 101

Level 1
Dogs that have not worked on agility equipment, each dog is fenced in and starting to work off leash.

Level 2
Dogs that have completed Level 1, dogs are fenced in, working off leash. Dogs can not be reactive to dogs or people.

Level 3
Dogs that have completed Level 2 or have worked on agility equipment and can work off leash, dogs are fenced in. Dogs can not be reactive to dogs or people.

Level 4
Dogs that have completed Level 3, can work off leash and be able to do distance commands.

Level 5
Dogs that have completed Level 4, must be evaluated to join a class, very complex work.
